can someone tell me how to attain power? quick!! im getting so desperate for more power now!!! oh wait, wad power? physical power, like leg strenght and arm strenght. yesterday i went home took my tennis racket and swing backhand stroke like 50 times for 3 sets and then use my badminton racket and swing. i realized i could swing at a really fast speed when you don't feel the weight of the racket on your hand. in my mind i was thinking " if i can swing this fast in a match or reality constantly, i'll be able to do a BackHand Clear "

to my horror, i went to the actual court today, and i didn't improve at all. my clears were at most 3/4 court and not even near the baseline. i feel utterly dissapointed and sad. maybe i should do more strenght and wrist training before trying the backhand clear again. forehand clear, my timing was abit off today. sometimes i still slice it when the shuttle is puffy and soft. doubles seemed quite okie. i realized i cant play a full set doubles with full concentration.

guo xiang played against sim. in a full set. he lost 15-7 (HAH thatso ne point less than what i got), lol. sim is sitll gay. gay gay gay gay gay gay. how mani times i muz repeat. his smash is sooooo strong n he can lob u in any funny position he is caught in. he managed to seal off gx's smash quite well. smash-seal! the gay lobber sim!! siao ar. whenever gx smash den he flick it to become a tight net shot and then gx stagger to the front and try to crossnet it. i was sitting at the pole of the net, so i saw it extremely clearly. he attempted to crossnet it, but all three times it failed. gx later tried to play lob with him, but he lost i think with most lobs goin out.

wp wants clan tshirt! lol. 20-30 bucks for each. seriously i dun mind paying, but the others? r they willing to fock out such a hefty cost for a lamo t-shirt. doubt so. so guess the idea's busted.

found out a new discovery from dexter also. jia wei likes wz!!!!, whoohooo, another one..........wz has countless admirers liao. but too bad he only has one love, which is his badminton. >_<, and his racket and his jump smash. nothing else.

today saw teck liang play, not bad. but still mada mada dane. he never net, and only keep lifting. standard probably slightly lower than wp, (he lost to wp) and he won zhong shun i think. zhong shun keep getting caught by my backcourt forehand slice. den keep sae it's like "drifting" in the air and claims that he cant see it. so guai lan, nth much wad. just one backcourt slice onli. gx wz and sim also can do.....and wz taught me that...WTF...din play any singles today..>_<, didn't want to...

i think thats the ranking so far right now. glenn and me, im not sure. i won the previous game against him. but he was using my guailan carbonex. i wan to fight with him with my AT.......

wp...judging our current matches score is 3-2....-.-|| im better than him, at this momment. he lost to glenn also. IM AIMING FOR GX NOW....

THINGS I HAVE TO IMPROVE ON.
-out of position LOB
-faster clear
-no more slice lob
-improve smash
-improve short serve

that r the basic stuff i think i haf to improve first.

-forehand slice drop
