this post is updated today, for yesterday..

ytd went for training again. lol. went there like 11:45. im so enthu hor. start at 1 den i go 1 h 15 min earlier. i sat there, listen mp3. lol. den 12:30 start stroking liao. at first the lighting kinda bad, den i remember for the first 2 min i kip missing lob. muz be the stupid light. den after that, the timing readjust liao. wz so evil, kip hitting to the blind spot. aka the position where the light will totally blind the shuttle n you cant hit it. muz rely on "instincts" to hit it correctly. anyway, stroke for quite some time. den did abit running. the usual run around the courts warmup. dunno y but i feel ytd one's was more tiring. den after that we did 3 min of lob, 3 min of drop/lift and 3 min of smash/net/lift and 3 min of pushing. i hate these drills leh, dunno why. i prefer shuttle feed.

anyway finish le den plae match. i play marvin. lol. 15-2 him. quite easily. i rmb i anyhow plae also. den nxt i played glenn. wah lao. i wanted to win. end up lose. glenn improve by quite alot le. lol. seriously. even though i dun like his low lob. like very not use and different from sim and wz. dunno y his lob like all so attack clear one. lol. i think his defense n smash is still far superior to mine. the match went quite evenly, like 1-1, 2-1 and i managed to hold a lead of 6-1. den all of a sudden.....DIAO. i lost. dunno why. hmmm. if i analyzed it properly suddenly i made alot mistakes when my concentration went down. end up score 15-10. i lost!! atghh.....nvm, i understand how important it is to respect your opponent. that way, you cant lose due to overconfidence.

the last match of the day. doubles. me and john (sim) versus wz and weiyang. lol. i use backhand short serve throughout and manage to flick trick wz once. wah. service ace.!!!! i so tycoly happi. lol. den wz kip mi stupid face den i kip saying 'nt my fault, ur own trick hor'. wah shuang man. FINALLY can use his own trick against him!!! den din manage to finish. but mi n john winning by a big margin. lol. dunno why becoz of that i start to feel likep laying doubles liao!!!!!!!! my singles in slumpy mode nowadays.

den after that. went pizza hut. my treat. den end up we order various stuff n eat until all like so full. den we wan to decide wad to do. den some1 sae wad wp,mx,teckliangp laying in jelapang there. den we tot. okie lor. go there. my father gaf us a lift dere. den end up dey nt there. so we went to the church to look for them. end up we wasted 2 hours listen to the church pple tokcock. lol. den later when we finally reac the court 6+ liao. lol. den i played like 15 min den go home. go home play dota. lol.
