nth much to sae actualli. juz wanted to post about today.

training was quite ok.

there was this 3 min drill where mr foo n mr fong on the other site hittin drops and lobs to you. den in 3 minutes test you how mani mistakes you make.

guess wad. im top scorer for the most number of mistakes made.
11 mistakes in 3 minutes ( 180 seconds ).
thats like..1 mistake every 16.36 seconds..OMG
11 mistakes...its alot.
wz gort onli 6 or 7 i think
sim gort 5
even adrian n weiyang gort 8 or something
mr foo said 8 is normal.
wahhahah im making too mani mistakes
haf to cut down

aside from that.
do drop/net n smash/net drill.
quite ok.

muz be effects of the 3 min drill
did that twice, first time 11, 2nd time 10. HAIX
den 2nd set. i was dying already. cox immedaitely after the nonstop 3 min drill

now i understand the pain of trying to play when u tired
the water in my shirt (more precisely sweat)...wah..is realli impressive.
i think its more than the towel dat collect the water drippin from aircon..

mr foo sae my problem. reason why i make so mani mistakes
coz i rush? coz i no balance. coz i never land on two feet den go take wild swing on shuttle.
when i carn reach it
footwork not fast enuff. nid to lounge often. den outta balance.
den techinically nid to improve also.

wz n sim taking parti n ashaway tournament le. too bad i will be overseas carn take part.
