i dont feel like typin a title. n thus it is blank. it's very late now. my eyes are about to close. my brain is about to shut down, but im still typing. ok. just to comment a little. there's only like 5 days countin from tmr to the reopening of school. thats sad. 5 days. 1,2,3,4,5. it's gonna pass realli realli fast. argh.

to matter how i try to make myself feel better, i know 5 days is just goin to pass just lik that. sometimes i realli wish i had control of the time. but i don't.

im goin to make an annoucement. im goin to stop playin dota. not as in quit. as in, just stop playin. shld be temporary. since glenn's dvd burner is malfunctioning n i dun think i wanna go thru the hassle of buyin another dvd drive. i guess my life wud be spent just dlin stuff n watch. which i found quite amusin recently.

right now my body is itchin to play badminton. i dunno y.

anyway just for fun. im goin to elaborate my observations wif badminton players, aka e different type of badminton players i have seen in cck hall.

firstly..e undisputed..

school team boys

This group of people are easily distinguised from the rest. Just by watching them stroke, they have a form that is unique and special. I would call it a flashy style, with a tinge of arrogance and elegance. Watchin them play is always a pleasure. They have stunts, many flashy moves and interesting deceptions. Normally when they play in groups, all will be clad in flashy badminton shirts or school team, or school PE shirts to make them look more powerful and easily distinguished from afar.

e Ah Pek Group

This group of old men, do not really have a form. they just wank the shuttle with all their force to produce their moderately loud lobs. they are mainly trained to play doubles. have solid defense and quite a decent attack. makes little mistakes due to their experience in playing for a long time. they don't really have any flashy moves, neither are they flexible enough to perform any stunts or deception. though some may possess a decent arsenal of trick shots, i think their forte is their rear court drops. their lobs can be fast, their smash can sometimes catch you off guard, but there's a good reason why they play doubles. one is they get tired easily, and second is probably of court limitation. easily distingusied when you see middle aged to senior citizens playing doubles with lots of hokkien swears and shrieks of excitement. most of the time, you would only see lob, rear court drops, followed by lifts. then smashes or lobs. and then the process repeats.

the fit man group

This group of people, I would consider it quite rare to see people of this catogary. reason is very few exist. A group of young, powerful men that play a high standard game. they aren't old, sluggish and move extremely fast on the court even in a doubles game. they have superb footwork and very deadly smashes. probably the group with the most powerful smashes. but the reason why it is easy to distinguish them apart is the style of game they play. they play a game closer to international standard. they have a considerably higher standard of net play compared to the ah pek tier of players.

the family

quite often we see people belong to this group appear in cck hall. groups with one mother, one or two son/daughters and one dad. the dad is usually the proest among the few while the son bein the second. the mother usually can hit the shuttle but cannot play very well. this group of people probably don't play badminton very much. as in, they play it as a family thing. you know, sunday is family day (or is it not?). nothing much to comment since they aren't really playing badminton anyway.

the BGR

ive seen quite a few. when a guy, calls out a girl to play badminton. it looks like both of them are goin steady. but i don't really care. most of the time, the guy usually play onli to a limited standard. and usually misses. of course, thats the typical "teenage couple" i see in cck hall. and the girl, who probably don't play much, seem to play better than the guy. they usually chit chat while playin.

Group of Guys

rather suitable title. ive observed that many guys that do not play much badminton like to gather together and play badminton. usually with 1 or 2 girls in their group. sometimes watching them play make me feel like laughing. so all 6 guys are tryin to snatch for that 2 girls. or are they trying to flaunt their "skills" to attract the girls. i doubt so. since probably they have limited skills and r probably concentratin on makin the surface of their strings hit the cock nicely without hittin the frame.

this r mainly e pple which i observed playin in cck hall. of cox there r mani more. but im juz lazy to type it out. maybe nxt time.
