KNN, wake up feelin sickish. long time din sick le, long time din pon school le. but why on a SUNDAY??? i still got trainin today. lemme elaborate more. throat felt so stucked-up, like got alot of plaegm stuff. then i try to force them out, carn come out. wtf. right arm achin, yeah, expected lahs. but i feel my body lik very reluctent n move. lik fever dat time de muscle ache on the rest of my body. it took me really some effort to climb the stairs. OMG. that one probably not to bad, but my throat is killin me. later i think i nid some medicine le.

yesterday i think i overstrained myself. i was campin at CCK hall from 7-4:30. workin hours leh! lol. many of pple will call mi retard cox i woke up at normal school time. showered in that super cold water n went there lik....half alseep. i was supposed to plae wif people from BC (badminton central), {it's a internet site}, who plae one a weekly basis as a group. so i arrived there. it was 3 hrs from 7-10. den i plae till my shirt was totally soaked.

i expected it. so i went toilet to bathe. forgot that toilet also another round of COLD FREEZING water. came out feelin so....err how to describe. farni. lik cold hot cold hot lidat. not comfortable. so my brother was havin training, so i sat on the steps to refresh n rest. lol. den suddenly wz call mi..

DIAO. so about 11 lidat. i rode my bike home. with my thigh which was quite goin to die liao bac home. den i took drinks,apples and his SOCK back to stadium. den i eat apple and drink those drnks i took. i took 3 packet lol. drink until damn song. ok, so finally it was 12.

den their trainin over n mr foo sat there eatin his food. den wz finally came at ard 12:15.

so we went the other side. to sit. fat coach n green shirt guy trainin. after awhile, my sunday coach (which is his coach), suddenly disspear. den he told us (who were sittin there), " wan plae anot, my coach just died " in chinese. lol. so i went up. den stroke abit. so he sae " wan plae match anot, dun wan waste the court ". DOTX, how to fight. so i told him " my fren wan plae also ". so wz came to court .den we 2v1 him. plae match somemore. n lost....err..15-6. his strong larhx....

so after trainin. today no drills. plae doubles singles the whole 2 hrs.

den went home. at night my brother wan to play. so i go wif himall the way to CCK CC to see got court anot..-.- end up got function. so sian diao come bac. by the time i reach my hse gate, i was lik...ARGHHH im gonna die..

realli strenous day....
