today is wednesday, means tommorow is thursday so friday is coming. wee! dis week past quite fast n so fast bleach come out liao. usually wed come out i think?

school today. ahh public speakin. dex tok about cyclin. i talk about "ASPECTS of a badminton racket ". den i talk from head to toe of a racket. from head shape to grip size. lol. i sae until quite chim i muz admit. lik explainin to the class what is the pros n cons of higher/lower tension, what contributes to the stiffness of a racket. lol. my talk was quite short...though...i got 7/10, which is 2nd highest in class so far, drawin wif sooo mani pple. lol.

hmmm. but wads nort good?? tmr first period Amaths. ahh.followed by a lineup of super boring lessons. gud? tell mi gud anot? nO GUD..n tmr gotta go home alone..sian. e rest got choir..so sian.

ok, about my new fone, it's sony w800i. i'll post more once i finish meddlin wif it..

damn sian so today mi n wz become wanderings in cck badminton hall again. dis time we din pay anithing. but still got free court to plae. e person never chase us away? why leh? maybe c us too often also lazy to chase liao. since chase liao we also go other empty court to play. den we saw 2 schs playin volleyball. lol. it's girls competition i think..lol..

so today we plae wif super lao ya shuttle! lol. the one i bought from australia. sibeh fast.

den later switch to normal de. feel so gud. feel lik suddenly all the shots so slow. maybe nxt time train wif fast shuttle. can increase speed?

today we goin on stunt spree. wz rmb both his stunt le. den today the niao shuttle i cannot even do stunt. n accuracy rate sibeh low liao. HAIX. kanasai. but once revert to normal shuttle den can do. both timin different ok. n shuttle fast i think lobbin timin also ABIT diff one..

song bo..lol. i got 29 days to beat jonathan. izzit possible?

today i dun feel lik doin my speed trainin. sian, so much hw. by the time i reach home later will be 9+. will i haf the time? or maybe i shld do a short while.

haha, if later i train one month of speed still cannot win. malu sia..

technique wise, also must brush up.

so what if i manage to win him? so wad if i lose? what to do?

i think if i win, probably, i shall set a higher aim, such as the coach son.

if i lose, i think i gif myself 2 more weeks to rechallenge him..i'll see the difference in score first.
if i lose, i hope to lose around the 10+ range...ahhh

though last few times was less than 5....., and max i ever got was 8. >_<

i set myself to beat wp in one month when the gap was quite big n i did..so i hope to do so dis time...round again...haix. but sim n wp, r very different leh.

haha ive been askin myself. will learnin jump smash be useful at my age n standard? probably...
nort. i guess.

will stunts benefit? .....NO i guess..
so end of the day...most important is stroke and speed.
we playin 1 set onli...so.....stamina nt reealli important.
power also important..which i lack..
