//badminton

lol. realize nowadays i refrain from postin about badminton, i post too much. pple sae i think myself pro. so cannot anyhow post lor. so more "memorable" badminton sessions den i post.

today y memorable leh? (actualli nt realli, juz abit special). normally i play with wz, (at most glenn n danial), so nth much to post about. today dex came (probably pressurized?), and e ex201 pple were here.

hmmmm....qp was there also.

first n foremost. DEX, WZ N GLENN WERE "VERY early". glenn late abt 15 min. then beside got one coach (dunno whether pro or noob one), demand change court wif me....WTF

call us go court 4. den i guai lan him say " DON"T WAN LEH cannot ar ".

normally i will just oblige. but this time, it's different. why? figure out urself. aiya, qp playin beside how can call mi go all the way to the other side. KNN. of cox i didn't agree.

den later wan to play doubles. so finally glenn came. den he rode his bike here somemore. 2 small boys. strokes standard quite ok de. den tell mi play singles. I DIAO. i phobia small boy ok. so i sae " i tired ". true my muscle abit achin from ytd.

so doubles. KNN we lost. cox glenn made alot mistakes. of cox i did also lah. glenn haven warm up, how to play....but quite close lah. we play until deuce....AWWW..

den ltr i stroke wif dexter. hmmmm. i think dexter quite ok liao. can at least hit the shuttle. shuttle sense is here. though i think im confident i can 15-1 him quite easily (or zero if i make no mistakes). dex nid some proper footwork and once he know how to lob and drop. he will become quite a avg player liao. lik i said, shuttle sense is there! u didn't play badminton for half a year for nth u know...

so later i play with wz. den wz keep sayin i hum ji dun wan to smash. IM A PASSIVE player, i onli lob n drop. actualli i know cox wz keep gettin caught by my new drop shot. so.....AIYA...change to smash...

then we take turn...jump smashin...i no confident in smash 1, but after today, abit more confident liao...WoOHOO

AWWW....one hour nia. feel so freakin tired. so we go "secret" shop and buy drinks...no offense. glenn said, " r u sure they r so noob "...when he first come...LOL. den i -.-, i sae " u think they play every day ar.."...they referin to qp dey all...

aiya, but pple plae badminton is for fun de. err..we play...to get better? diff mentality. eh normally i dun think so "passively" lik this ok. but i urge dex to get out of the " play for fun " mentality le...when u haf e potential n time to do so, why not..??

but seriously, i onli watch qp dey all play ABIT onli....., i never reealli observe actualli. but from what i see...they r nt that noob wad...at least wun miss shuttle...

and today..i quite off-form. GOT miss shuttle also ok....my stunt all miss....hit den hit net onli....KAO..

i got a killer strat to win wz in singles!!! nxt time muz try..WOOHOO!!! i wun sae here of cox. it's secret! win le den i sae...lose, den forget it lor...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA.

YTD and ytd the ytd (which is sunday), i felt my racket was too light..LOL.....feel as if....i was holdin air. SERIOUS....

cross-trainin is GUD.

but theres onli lik 6 more hours b4 sleepin time...

ahhhh i usin forehand grip to hit backhand u know. the bird lik fly...err....downwards, i turn around " eh was that a smash ? "
