ok. double post. WOO HOO.
ran/walk all the way to dex house at bangkit.
i jogged my usual 2.4 km speed to ten mile junction
(exactly from my house doorstep all the way to the traffic light)
i took...9:45 min.
checked the distance on my dad's car on the way home. it says 2.3km!
woot. wow. under 10 min

haha, but actualli tell u something.
at traffic light, i stop the timer.
doesn't realli effect, except i get like 20-30 seconds rest
thats realli helpful.
probably thats y u cud sprint so much..
if i reali can get under 10 in 2.4 ill be soo happi lor.

then go there. play tennis.
lol. gx, glenn, dex n wz.
i had a HARD time tryin to swap in.

just to comment on other pple's tennis. (as of today, played like 3-4 sessions liao, for this year).

starting with..

dexter: personally i think got improvement, especially today. very "rally-friendly" and help to keep the rally going. THOUGH i think his form is quite strange. quite ok lah. average overhead.

wei zhong:i think the way he play tennis damn kao peh. dun wan to swap out. and always doin overhead serve when his CANNOT hit in (net or anyhow blast). loud, but whats the point if your serve carn go in????. then he keep telling people " don't do overhead lah". EH, YOU cannot do doesn't mean other pple cannot do ok. den keep playin those LOBBIN ball. tennis nt lidat plae one lah....LOL. i realli dislike wz way of playin tennis ALOT. he always hit OUT ball, drive also out. knn. if you wan to rally, i think u shldnt call him lor. always end the rally....

glenn:very passive. i think he haven realli try overhead yet, but i think his strokes quite ok. always i tot he cannot take then last minute can take. i think in term of stroke abit better den dex bah. cannot realli comment. form, normal lah.

gx:i think his drives r good. but accuracy lik 50/50 one. when in, powerful. serve r very fast, about same speed as wz, except his GOES in. and not fly in any chaotic manner. at least he know how to control his serve better. though i think his serve onli has 30% max accuracy rate.

well. haven comment on myself. today i try my new dropshot serve. lol. which is a totally NO POWER serve, which functions lik an underhand but it's overhead. im quite surprised since i can hit lik 8/10 of the serves in quite accurately. which means it's quite gd chances of nt gettin double-fauled in a game. (i think currently dis will bring me alot of advantage). my drives are gettin back. i wanna relarn my backhand drive, (which i know last time).

so far all weve been doin is....strokin with 4 pple on court.

maybe one day we should try...MATCHES. single matches. that would be more fun...

haha. but do you think i should do anythin about my dropshot serve, which lacks in power. currently. im like....using it as a ....standard stroke first. lik. instead of underhand (which obviously lacks in power), i wud rather use an overhead that is slightly more powerful but considered powerless for an overhead. instead of branchin into the "power department", slices r the next step im goin to climb in the stairs of serves...

then later went gym. den came home. watched abit stuff, watch abit tv den about to settle down le..haha thats all. lol
